A tool for coaches in children's and youth sports

Thank You Coach helps volunteer coaches plan training sessions, organise players into groups and teams, and keep parents up to date. It consists of a mobile app and this website, which share the same data.

Access is by invitation. For now, accounts are created in the mobile app; after that you can sign in here as well.

What it does

For coaches

Plan training sessions with drills from your own library, or start from a template.
Split the players who are present into groups or teams automatically — by level, or evenly, and keeping friends together if you want.
Run stations with rotation, and follow the plan on your phone at the pitch.
See who is coming, register attendance, and build teams for tournaments.
Post announcements and signup sheets, and invite other coaches and parents.

For parents and players

See upcoming trainings and matches, and answer whether you are coming — for each child.
Get notified when a training is cancelled or moved.
Read announcements, sign up for tasks like driving or snacks, and add events to your calendar.
Export your child's data or delete your account yourself.

For clubs

Keep an overview of the club's teams and who runs them.
Collect each team's wishes for training time and allocate pitches.

Your data

Data is stored in the EU. Each team decides who gets access and what parents and players can see. Privacy policy
